To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KojiFlow and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount you have paid to KojiFlow for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if no fees have been paid, one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
